Sorry for not posting as frequent and I'm working on doing better this year in 2019. It's been a while since I've cooked something instead of just preparing something. Here's my take on Estofado De Pollo which is a Peruvian dish.

This is the second time making Coconut Chicken Curry from scratch and the first time was years ago. Why not record it this time for you to see?
